Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and energetic CRM Executive - Exports Sales to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into long-term international clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system for all Export sales and marketing activities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions to ensure timely conversions.
- Co-ordinate with Sales team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights for improving customer engagement and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports for management.
- Assist in implementing new CRM tools and processes as needed.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proficient in CRM software such as Zoho CRM.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
