**We’re Hiring: Co-Founder (Chief Marketing Officer - CMO)**

Zielony is redefining clean air solutions with its _patented liquid-based, filterless air purification technology_ designed for homes, industries, and commercial spaces. We are now looking for a dynamic **Co-Founder (CMO)** to join our leadership team and spearhead marketing and sales growth.

**What We Offer**:

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and build the national and regional sales & marketing teams.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Establish partnerships, distribution networks, and strategic alliances.
- Oversee customer acquisition, digital marketing, and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure target achievement.

**Ideal Skills & Experience**:

- MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in sales, marketing, or business leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in B2B/B2C markets.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in **HVAC, air purification, or consumer electronics** sectors is an added advantage.
