**Job Overview**:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Chief Marketing Officer** (CMO) with over 10 years of experience to lead our marketing and sales teams. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive lead generation, and ultimately boost sales. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, a passion for technology, and proven leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

- ** -Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the digital marketing, sales, and other marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in blockchain development, web development, game development, and IT services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
