Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role located in Noida. The CMO will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing public relations efforts and optimizing sales and marketing operations to drive growth and brand visibility. As a key role in the organization, the CMO will collaborate closely with other leadership team members.

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop data-driven strategies
  • Expertise in Marketing Management and Public Relations to enhance brand positioning
  • Experience in Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and adjust strategies as needed
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
