About the Company

Vedant Group is an emerging real estate development company focused on luxury plotted developments, villa communities, and high-growth smart-city markets. We are setting up our headquarters in Noida and building a strong pipeline of large-scale real estate projects.

We are hiring a COO who will join as a founding partner and play a core role in building the company from the ground up.

Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for establishing the operational structure of Vedant Group, creating the land acquisition pipeline, driving project approvals, managing development execution, and leading multi-department teams. This role requires both operational expertise and investment commitment, offering equity ownership in return.

Key Responsibilities


• Build the entire organisational setup, teams, systems and processes from scratch


• Lead land acquisition in NCR and selected high-growth markets


• Conduct feasibility studies, title verification and negotiation with landowners


• Oversee government approvals, RERA, layout planning and regulatory compliance


• Manage project execution, vendor coordination and delivery timelines


• Drive sales operations, channel partner network development and pricing strategy


• Manage budgets, cash flows, investment deployment and financial planning


• Work alongside the Founder for strategic expansion and business development


• Represent the company in investor meetings, government interactions and partnerships


• Build a long-term pipeline of real estate projects in plotted and villa development

Ideal Candidate Profile


• 12–25 years of experience in real estate development, land acquisition or township projects


• Strong network across authorities, consultants, architects and landowners


• Proven leadership experience at Director, VP, or COO level in the real estate sector


• Deep understanding of approvals, planning, compliance and project execution


• Strong financial, operational and negotiation skills


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build an organisation from zero


• Willingness to invest ₹10 crore and take a long-term equity-based leadership role

• Equity Offered: 10% in Vedant Group (founding-stage valuation)
