We're Hiring: Co-Founder (Chief Marketing Officer – CMO)

Location: Greater Noida/ Office

Zielony is redefining clean air solutions with its patented liquid-based, filterless air purification technology designed for homes, industries, and commercial spaces. We are now looking for a dynamic Co-Founder (CMO) to join our leadership team and spearhead marketing and sales growth.

What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and build the national and regional sales & marketing teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and branding strategies.
  • Establish partnerships, distribution networks, and strategic alliances.
  • Oversee customer acquisition, digital marketing, and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure target achievement.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in B2B/B2C markets.
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in HVAC, air purification, or consumer electronics sectors is an added advantage.
