We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager to support our growing business and strengthen client relationships worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales from inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Engage with senior executives (CEOs, CMOs, VPs) to pitch market research and consulting services.
  • Draft proposals, define project scope, and manage client negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and accounts.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and positioning new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous experience in sales, or business development preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
