Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Noida. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of real estate consultants, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training and support to team members, and monitoring team performance. The Team Lead will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High level of organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
