Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Noida, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Group CMO will oversee strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, drive market research efforts to understand evolving consumer needs, and manage public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility. The role involves leading marketing management and sales alignment across teams, ensuring cohesion in achieving organizational goals. The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading innovative campaigns and ensuring measurable outcomes that contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop data-driven strategies and insights
  • Strong Public Relations skills to shape and maintain a consistent brand image
  • Proven experience in Marketing Management and Sales coordination to drive strategic alignment
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in multi-geographical marketing or dynamic industries is an advantage
