An’s Event is looking for a **skilled and passionate Sous Chef** to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for **assisting the Head Chef** in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring high-quality dishes for our catering services, including **weddings, corporate events, housewarming ceremonies, and cultural celebrations.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Kitchen Operations**: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations during events.
**Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing high-quality dishes, especially **Kerala cuisine** and fusion menus.
**Menu Planning**: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative, event-specific menus.
**Team Supervision**: Manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficiency.
**Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes meet taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
**Inventory & Cost Control**: Monitor stock levels, minimize food waste, and manage costs effectively.
**Safety & Hygiene**: Ensure the kitchen complies with **FSSAI standards** and follows proper sanitation practices.
**Event Coordination**: Work closely with the catering and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
**Crisis Management**: Handle last-minute changes, delays, or any kitchen-related challenges efficiently.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

**Experience**: 3+ years in a professional kitchen, preferably in catering or event-based cooking.
**Culinary Skills**: Strong knowledge of **Kerala cuisine** and multi-cuisine expertise is a plus.
**Leadership**: Ability to manage a team and work in high-pressure environments.
**Organization**: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
**Flexibility**: Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and special events.
**Education**: Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not mandatory.
