**Role**: Corporate Sales Officer

**Job Purpose**:To build very strong connects with Corporates and source salary accounts

**Key Accountability**: The key accountability of sales officers is source quality salary accounts and cross sell various banking products

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
- Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
- Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
- Corporate employee engagement activities
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor

**Preferred Qualification and Experience**:Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience

**Core Competencies**:

- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Technical Experience and Competencies**:

- Deep Banking knowledge
- Good network in the market
- Computer and digital savvy

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Travel requirement:

- Travel

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
