**Job Description**:
- Independently manage, plan, and report on the following role deliverables:
- Pre-joining
- Coordination for timely procurement of employee merchandise.
- New Hire Orientation Coordination
- Documentation
- All employee documentation to be updated within 1 business day
- Statutory Data coordination
- Vendor engagement & Coordinating for payroll and statutory compliances
- Managing ESIC & PF Data including employee cases
- Asset management in coordination with IT SPOCs
- Functional Administration
- Get trained in & own assigned Zoho, Razorpay Payroll & Employee Survey Data.
- Clear Leave Applications daily & file relevant documentation, if any.
- Employee Masterlist and Zoho records reconciliation
- Relevant Letters to be shared with employees. E.g. Bonafide, Increments, Work Certificates, Promotion letters, etc.
- Employee shift management
- MIS Reporting
- Asset management (Procurement & Pickups) Status Report, Documentation & Filing.
- Supporting the Supervisor - People & Culture in any other assigned activities.
Experience Essentials:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- A people’s person; Passionate about building strong relationships & credibility with stakeholders.
- Committed to meeting deadlines along with the quality of delivery and functional reporting.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English and Hindi language communication.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Basic number-crunching skills including analysis of HR data.
- Performing V and H Lookups to support decision making
- Creating Pivot Tables and Charts
- Import Ranges
Experience Nice to Haves
- Advanced number-crunching skills including critical analysis of HR data.
- Performing What-if, sensitivity, and statistical analysis to support decision making
- Automating spreadsheets using macros and advanced functions
