**Job Duties**:
- Process new hires, promotions, terminations, relocations and other job changes (Workday, facilitation and documentation).
- Manage People Ops team’s ticketing inbound queue.
- Document and maintain process procedures for the People Ops team.
- Develop and maintain People Ops cards in Guru
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports extracting data from HR systems.
- Responsible for ensuring HRIS (Workday) is up-to-date at all times.
- Provide support for systems data audits and communicate required changes to IT, Finance, Payroll and other departments as needed.
- Ensure Legal compliance in all related areas.
- Support new entity set-ups and country launches under the direction of others.
- Support other team ad hoc projects on occasion.
**Job Requirements**:
- 2+ years of high-volume HR experience, preferably in shared services.
- Detail and data oriented with impeccable follow through.
- Strong interest in process improvement
- Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes, especially Workday
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with the Google Gmail/Docs, Slack and Workday
**Additional "nice to have" Requirements**:
- Experience in startup culture - comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action.
- Experience with Halp (w/in Slack) or other ticketing tools
- Experience working with multiple time zones and countries
