About us
Started in 2019, STAGE is a dialect-based OTT platform known for producing premium quality content in Indian dialects to reinforce, protect and validate people’s sense of identity for their culture and heritage.
We currently focus on Haryanvi and Rajasthani dialects. Our mobile apps have 15 Mn+ downloads and 1 Mn+ paying customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in both regions.
**What Would You Do?**
As a Retention Marketing Executive within our OTT platform, you'll be responsible for owning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive re-engagement, activation, and renewal. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilize data analysis for informed decision-making, and maintain a focus on achieving daily key results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Channel Ownership:
- Develop and execute strategies tailored to each channel to maximize user engagement and retention.
- Campaign Management:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns with a focus on re-engagement, activation, and renewal.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively across all channels, optimizing for performance and user experience.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and iterate on strategies accordingly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation and analysis.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Platform Expertise:
- Leverage expertise in Omnichannel platforms such as CleverTap, Gupshup, etc., to optimize campaign delivery and targeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in retention marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on retention or CRM preferred.
- Familiarity with Omnichannel marketing platforms such as CleverTap, Gupshup, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
