**Professional Summary**

**Import Logistics (Inbound)**:
Monitor CB 2.0 New Project & Taking follow-up of Import Shipments & deliver Shipments before given deadline.

Manage Imports from various suppliers / countries

Handle import shipments through Air / Sea

Control & negotiate freight quotation with various forwarders & finalize with lowest quote.
Handle Import clearance.

Handle temporary imports for repair / exhibition.

Coordinate with shipper, CHA, freight forwarder, shipping line, port, CFS for timely clearance of import shipment.

Plan & execute import containers by arranging on time DO, transport, clearance, pre & post shipment document arrangements.

Meeting with new forwarders & discussing on freight charges, company manufacturing products & import raw material from supplier / Country & Custom clearance.

Prepare documents & forms to move goods efficiently through import & export steps & procedures.

Good Knowledge of DGFT Policy.

Follow up with forwarder for B.L, Checklist & BOE.

Maintain EPR record & file annual return file.

Establish & nurture relationships with customs house agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs, insurance agents, etc.

Review paperwork & documents to ensure accurate billing of shipping, handling, storage charges & customs fees.

Update Import & Export Register.

Monitor the Import shipments (Container Tracking)

Coordinate with accounts for payments to shipping lines, CFS or any vendors.

Prepare yearly indemnity bond of shipping line.

Prepare documents of LC & coordinate with bank & shipper.

Prepare CHIMS Certificate for electronic goods.

Manage payments according to LC payment term procedures.

Obtain GR Waivers promptly & ensure timely closure.

Maintain accurate records.

Prepare weekly & monthly Reports for Import & Export Shipments.

Work on total costing for import shipment & present costing with higher management.
**Export Logistics (Outbound)**:
Export planning to forwarder & follow-up.

Proper filling for Export / Import documentation.

Pre-Export documentation with CHA.

Giving Approval for Checklist of S.B. & B.L. Draft. Get benefit of DBK & RODTEP & maintain record.Follow up with forwarder for B.L. & Shipping Bills.

Arrange the Certificate of Origin to Destination for Export Shipments for applicable Countries.

Arrange fumigation certificate.

Post Export documentation with Bank & Destination.

Make the ASN for Export Shipments.

Update Import & Export Register.

Monitor the Export shipments (Container Tracking)

Exim service bills P.R. & P.O. process & Advance closure in time for service bills.

Prepare weekly & monthly Reports for Import & Export Shipments.

Work on total costing for Export shipment & present costing with higher management.
