Urgent hiring Logistics Executive for reputed Import-Export firm located in Pune. Locations would be near Market yard, Swargate, Camp etc.

Qualification : BCom/ MCom.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Taking care of end-to-end Logistics activities in the organization.
- Responsible for all India Dispatch from warehouse.
- Coordinating & Tracking with the vendors / transporters for timely Supplies & Delivery of Goods.
- Prepare the timely delivery tracking report.
- Preparing Delivery challans, invoice E way Bill and other Dispatch documents.
- Negotiate with Vendors / Transporters to minimize the freight charges.
- Making Goods ETA & ETD report & publish in the network.
- Prepare MIS Report and analytics Report.
- Ensuring effective material handling through proper stacking & adopting FIFO/ Safety and security measures at Depot to enable smooth and timely movement of material to all Dealers.
- Ensure all registers up to date on daily basis.
- Checking and approving all the Freight Bills received from the transporters/ vendors along with the Original Pods.
- Arranging smooth and timely all India Dispatches from our warehouses.
- Maintain all export & import related documents.
- Selection of CHA, Bank documents follow up, Customer & vendors co-ordination.
- Responsible for logistic operations of pre-shipment and post shipment, Documentation (Export & Import), Customs Clearance etc.

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-. (Subject to Qualifications, Experience & Current CTC).

Notice Period : Immediate joiner preferred/ max 30 Days.

**Experience**:

- Logistics Executive with an Import Export Firm: 2 years (preferred)
- GST, BSE, Delivery challans & other Dispatch document: 2 years (preferred)
- Pre & post shipment, Customs Clearance etc: 2 years (preferred)
- Bank documents follow up, Customer & vendors co-ordination: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Marathi & Hindi fluently (preferred)
