Designation: Packing and Logistics Executive

Qualifications: Graduate

Experience: minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar work profile

Package: Approx. 2.50 - 4.00 Lakhs per annum CTC

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the efficient and timely packing of products and their safe delivery to clients while managing inventory, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics providers for smooth operations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehousing principles.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Tally, WMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Packing Operations**:

- Oversee the packaging process to ensure products are packed accurately and securely.
- Maintain quality standards for packaging materials and processes.
- Supervise the packing team and provide training as required.
- Ensure that all packed items are labeled correctly with necessary details such as product code, destination, and handling instructions.

**2. Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate shipment schedules with internal teams and external logistics providers.
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers or vendors.
- Liaise with transport companies to negotiate contracts and resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory of packing materials and coordinate replenishment.

**3. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to packaging and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and delivery status.

**4. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement improvements in packing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize routes and reduce transit times.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
