**Designation: Logistic Executive**

**Education**:BE / Diploma in Mechanical

**Experience - 4 to 7 years**

**Salary - As Per Industry**

**Job location**:Pune **(Pirangut)**

**Industry Area : Crane And Hoist manufacturing Industry (MNC Company)**

Good knowledge of with Excel + Word

At the time of dispatches - counting / labeling / Sealing of the container

Skills - Import & Export Activities, Negotiations Rates, LCL & FCL shipments, Air Shipments.

1. Prepare pre-shipment documents, commercial invoice, Packing list, TAX invoice, EVD RoDtep, Scomet declaration, shipping Marks i.e etc.

2.Co-ordinating with Freight forwarder, CHA for custom clearance.

3. Give the check list approval to CHA for the shipping bill / Bill of entry file.Handle post shipment documents.

4. Get the transportation rate from the transporter for cargo dispatch and arrange the same.

5. Pre-pare Certificate origin, BL draft

6. Supervision for Packing and vehicle loading of the material for domestic and export

7. E-mail communication with other departments for execution of dispatch.

8. Arrange packing material, manpower for packing.

9. prepare purchase requisition in SAP and follow with purchase for PO and provide the same supplier and service provider.

10. Prepare online AWB bill on FedEx and DHL site for sample shipment

11. Liasoning with government office, Freight forwarder, CHA for dispatch and custom clearance.

12. Handling Documentation related to Import/Export shipment by Air/Ocean/Land

13. Arranged for pick-up and delivery of goods to respective locations.

14. Insurance handling

15. Submit CHA bills, Customs duty & courier charges bill, etc to Finance Dept.

16. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
