As a Non-Voice CRM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring

customer satisfaction through written communication channels. Your key duties

include:

- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to build sustainable relationships.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information through written methods.
- Meeting personal and team targets for sales and query resolution.
- Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions for order

fulfillment, exchanges, and refunds.
- Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, processing accounts,

and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Generating sales leads through written communication channels like
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to handle queries and provide solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
