**Facilitator - Job Description**

A Facilitator is the orchestrator of a FocusU workshop. They are the face of the workshop to the client since they lead the workshop delivery. But to be successful as a FocusU Facilitator calls for much more than these apparent aspects.

**Pre-Program**
- Preparation: Pre-reading, Customer background understanding, Interaction with clients to understand expectations
- Logistics: Experiential activity specific preparation, Decide on final design & flow of the workshop, Prepare slides, participant handbook etc
- Communication: With finance for advance, with external pool of facilitators, with execution team for a briefing

**Ability to engage a crowd**
- Be knowledgeable and prepared
- Have Exceptional Communication Skills: Written, Verbal and Non Verbal
- Be Calm & Poised - Swan Attitude
- Be Empathetic
- Be Genuine and Humble
- Have a sense of humour

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in facilitation of engagement, behavioural and leadership workshops
- A Master’s degree in fields Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or any related field
- Proficiency and familiarity with Talent Management and L&D landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of adult learning principles and experiential learning
- Knowledge of traditional and modern learning techniques
- Has experience of conducting in-person, virtual and hybrid workshops
