**Designation -Homework facilitator**

Reporting Curriculum Specialist/RCM

**Qualifications **Bachelor's Degree (mandatory) and B.Ed. preferred. Any additional qualification of specific board/learning pedagogy will be preferred.

**Experience **Minimum 1.5 - 2 years working in a similar capacity and learning space

**Work Timings **Flexi hours/contractual - 5 days a week (2 hours per day, evening timings (between 3pm to 6 pm), during holidays maybe in the morning based on mutual convenience.

**General Description**

**Main Responsibilities**

Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement with one on one attention

Maintain a growth mind-set toward child learning and teaching practice and encourage self-paced and self-directed learning

Facilitate problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills

Collaborate effectively with parents and the organization to increase child performance

Be part of quarterly PTCs to share progress and development areas if any.

Responsible for routine and timely communication to parents using the organisation platform/channels on daily updates

Maintain highest integrity /work ethics towards the organisation.

Build positive relationships with parents by maintaining open and cooperative communication and encouraging their involvement in the program

**Competencies & Skill Set**

Strong communication skills, creating a good rapport with pupils (English and regional language (basic preferred)

Proven work experience as a facilitator or similar role

Patient, flexible, positive and dependable

Ability to drive and enhance children's performance

Ability to identify gaps and developmental needs in children and channelize accordingly

Ability to communicate and address parent concerns pertaining to learning(along with the CD) through planned meetingsAbility to handle sensitive issues with empathy and understanding

Ability to use a computer and software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
