Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hybrid Mobile App Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define features and improve user experience.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency across various devices.
  • Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Monitor app performance, fix bugs, and resolve production issues.
  • Follow best practices for security, scalability, and continuous integration/deployment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Mobile Frameworks: Flutter
  • Programming Languages: Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin/Swift (for native integration)
  • API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase
  • Databases: SQLite, Realm, Firebase/Firestore, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Tools: Git, Android Studio, Xcode, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with push notifications, in-app purchases, JWT/OAuth, and offline storage
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Play Store and App Store
  • Familiarity with React Native or Ionic
  • Understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with tools like Firebase Crashlytics, AppDynamics, etc.
  • Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in mobile application development
