Job Title: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Experience: 0-3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. Read from scripts. Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven work experience in BPO / KPO. Insurance industry background is preferred.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
