**Job Description: Customer Delight Manager**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide compassionate and professional counseling to patients over the phone, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
- Assist patients in downloading, installing, and navigating the company’s app to ensure they can access their health information easily.
- Coordinate with patients regarding their medical reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of patient care principles and ensure all interactions reflect empathy and professionalism.
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders
**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Provide compassionate and professional counseling to patients over the phone, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
- Assist patients in downloading, installing, and navigating the company’s app to ensure they can access their health information easily.
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
