**Job Role: Telecaller**

**We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with student leads, and support the counselling and admissions team.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from the provided leads database.**

**Explain SikshaNation’s services and course offerings in a clear and convincing manner.**

**Generate interest and schedule counselling sessions with the Career Counsellor team.**

**Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools.**

**Handle basic queries related to courses, admissions, and services.**

**Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.**

**Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the company.**

**Requirements**:
**Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.**

**Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.**

**Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.**

**Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)**

**Ability to work under targets and pressure.**

**Preferred**

**Experience in the education or EdTech sector will be a plus.**
