**Job Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken female Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the provided database
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns efficiently
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
- Fluency in Hindi and English both
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good listening and convincing skills
