We are looking for a dedicated **Telecaller** to join our team at Civils Phodo, a leading institute for **UPSC & BPSC preparation**. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inquiries from students who contact us through advertisements or walk-ins and guiding them about our courses, admissions, and offers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with students who inquire through ads, social media, or walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about **UPSC & BPSC** courses, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
- Convince and assist students in enrolling for the courses by addressing their queries.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the database.
- Follow up with potential students to ensure maximum enrollments.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for student guidance and admissions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and effectively.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills in **Hindi & English**.
- Basic knowledge of **UPSC/BPSC exams** and coaching programs.
- Ability to handle and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Good telephone etiquette and a professional attitude.
- Prior experience in **telecalling, sales, or student counseling** is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
