**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our construction services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
