AnimalsLover is India's first integrated Pet & Animal Care Ecosystem, connecting breeders, pet shops, animal food manufacturers, veterinary doctors, trainers, groomers, and hostels directly with customers.

We aim to organize the unstructured pet industry and support animal husbandry and pet welfare through technology, AI-driven care, and community-based services.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Telecaller who can efficiently communicate with potential and existing customers, provide accurate information about our products and services, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will be the voice of AnimalsLover, responsible for building trust and long-term relationships with pet lovers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Sales

  • Make outbound calls to new leads, existing customers, and partner inquiries.
  • Explain AnimalsLover's services such as adoption support, pet hotel, grooming, training, and veterinary care.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow up with potential leads regularly for closures.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, feedback, and lead status reports.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth service fulfillment.
  • Update data in CRM / Google Sheets for internal records.
  • Report daily and weekly performance metrics to the supervisor.

Brand Representation

  • Represent AnimalsLover positively and help customers understand the brand's mission.
  • Educate customers about responsible pet parenting and available support services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Good listening ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales preferred.
  • Passion for animals or pet care is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,490.23 per month
