Job Role: Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with student leads, and support the counselling and admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from the provided leads database.

Explain SikshaNation’s services and course offerings in a clear and convincing manner.

Generate interest and schedule counselling sessions with the Career Counsellor team.

Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Handle basic queries related to courses, admissions, and services.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the company.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)

Ability to work under targets and pressure.

Preferred

Experience in the education or EdTech sector will be a plus.
