Lunar Astro, a renowned astrology consulting company, is seeking a Backend Associate to join our team at our Dehradun location.

You will be responsible for handling course and astrology consultation-related calls from our esteemed clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that focuses on providing high-quality astrology services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to astrology consultation and courses offered by Lunar Astro.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding our astrology services and course offerings.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Update and maintain client records and information in the company database.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US) language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Good knowledge and understanding of astrology concepts and terminology.
- Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills to record and update client information accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Dehradun.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,359.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
