We are looking for a highly active and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle around 50 calls a day, providing information and assistance to clients and students.
Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide accurate information.
Assist in the booking process for consultations and handle course registration queries.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Vedic astrology is a plus but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Working Days: 6 days a week with one roster off.
