About the Role

Technical Requirements
- Experienced or interested in learning about
- CSR (Amended Rules 2021),
- Measuring Impact / Monitoring & Evaluation of CSR Programs
- Technology platforms (deployment, support and management for client accounts)
- Developing impact roadmaps / Needs Assessment
- Basic understanding of
- Impact Assessment
- Report writing
- Log frame design / logical framework approach
- Exposure to business intelligence & analytics tools like
- Google Studio
- Power BI
- Tableau etc. will be an advantage
- MS Excel for data storage, data cleaning, data analysis
- Exposure to different off-the-shelf survey solutions
- Google Forms
- Survey Monkey
- SurveyCTO, etc. will be an advantage
- Willing to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

Non-Technical Requirements
- Good logical aptitude
- Accountable and attitude of taking ownership
- Action oriented
- Sincere, hardworking, and punctual
- Strong sense of purpose to work in this space (Tech4Good, ICT4D, Social Impact)
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Flexible to work in multiple roles

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters in Rural Management / Economics / Social studies / Development Studies Engineering / Humanities / with practical field exposure in social sector organizations.

Experience

Freshers can apply. If experienced, then should preferably have up to 2 years experience as an associate / trainee / manager in NGOs, Social Impact Consulting Firms, Corporate CSR, Think Tanks, Research Organizations.
