The Role

In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives. But this position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As an Account Management Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive. You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer. Collaboration is key, and as an Account Management Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond. Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights. You're not just an expert in our industry—you're an expert in the industry. With your deep knowledge of external best practices, you understand how they can impact our customers. By staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market. As an owner of the account P&L, you'll take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients are not only happy but also successful. Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Skills and Experience -5+ years experience running account P&L -Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices -X years of experience managing sales process end-to-end -Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks -Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred Skills and Experience -Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree -Sales experience in technical solutions
