What You'll Do:
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the Customer and Compliance organization by managing full cycle recruitment for both volume and niche roles.

You will report to Senior Manager

Location: Pune

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- You will manage full cycle recruiting to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the Customer and Compliance organization
- You will Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and execute effective recruitment strategies that support business goals
- You will Lead the hiring process including resume reviews, screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- You will Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and prospective talent for future opportunities

What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Background in recruiting for high-volume and niche roles
- Familiarity with hiring practices in global or multi-region environments
- Experience contributing to recruitment process improvements or organisational projects
