
Customer Relationship Executive

**Customer Interaction & Support**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
- **Feedback & Improvement**:
- Collect and record customer feedback for product or service improvements.
- Relay insights to relevant departments for continuous enhancement.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service metrics and performance.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between the customer and internal teams.
- **CRM & Software Usage**:
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer data and interactions.
- Update records regularly and ensure data accuracy.
- **Sales & Upselling Support**:
- Support the sales team by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs.
- **Service Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Adhere to company service standards, guidelines, and policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Offer proactive solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- **Training & Self-Development**:
- Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and service skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
