**Roles of a Duct Cleaning Work Site Supervisor**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead duct cleaning technicians on-site.
- Delegate tasks and ensure proper execution of duties.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Ensure the duct cleaning project follows the scope of work.
- Monitor project progress and keep it on schedule.
- **Client Liaison**:

- Communicate with clients before, during, and after the job.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Site Preparation and Safety**
- Conduct pre-job inspections and site assessments.
- Ensure all team members follow OSHA, NADCA, or local safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate site hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, confined spaces).
- Ensure proper use of PPE and cleaning equipment.

**2. Equipment and Materials Management**
- Confirm all tools and cleaning machines (e.g., vacuums, brushes, blowers) are in good working order.
- Oversee loading and unloading of materials.
- Manage inventory and request supplies as needed.

**3. Quality Control**
- Inspect ductwork before, during, and after cleaning.
- Ensure ducts are cleaned according to industry standards (e.g., NADCA ACR).
- Verify proper sealing and reassembly of duct systems.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain job records including checklists, before/after photos, and service reports.
- Document any issues or deviations from the original plan.
- Report job completion or delays to project managers or company leadership.

**5. Training and Support**
- Train new or junior technicians in best practices.
- Provide ongoing guidance and supervision during the job.
- Ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
