New Madras Motors Private Limited is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Supervisors. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the 3-wheeler dealership in Tonidarpet, Kallikuppam, or Puzhal locations.
Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales and service teams.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team.
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive industry or related field.
