**Job Summary**:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing, leading, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction within the FMCG/beverages sector. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and maintain profitable relationships with clients and distributors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and product displays at retail and wholesale points.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales staff.
- Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG/beverages sector within GCC.
- Valid GCC driving license.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
