Position: Structural Welding Supervisor

Location: Qatar

Experience: 5-7 years in structural welding (minimum 2 years in a supervisory role)

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or relevant trade certification

Industry: Construction / Oil & Gas / Fabrication

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and guide welders in structural steel projects.

Ensure welding meets AWS / ASME / ISO quality and safety standards.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).

Inspect welds and coordinate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).

Ensure proper maintenance of welding tools and equipment.

Prepare daily progress and quality reports.

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding processes.

Ability to lead and train teams.

Familiarity with safety protocols and quality inspections.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
