**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the supervision of daily shop floor activities, especially in welding, machining (turning), and mechanical fitting sections.
- Learn to allocate work, monitor operator performance, and manage shift schedules and manpower.
- Assist in overseeing weld quality, machining accuracy, and assembly fitment based on engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Participate in quality inspections, and help implement corrective actions for process deviations or defects.
- Monitor material flow and availability, and coordinate with stores and planning teams for job readiness.
- Maintain production records, daily shift reports, and operator logs under supervisor guidance.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols, 5S practices, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Learn to lead a small team and resolve day-to-day technical and operational challenges.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of:
**o Welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)**

**o Lathe/turning machine operations**

**o Mechanical fitting and assembly**
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, symbols, and dimensions.
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic understanding of shop floor documentation, quality checks, and production planning.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor in an industrial setting.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Fitter, or Welding Technology.
- 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing/fabrication unit preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and workshop/lab exposure are also welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
