Job Title: Welder / Welding Person
About Us:
At VJSP SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED, we specialize in manufacturing high-performance Panel Boards and Cable Trays tailored to meet the highest industrial and commercial standards.
Education & Qualification
- Basic education (e.g., ITI/Diploma in welding/trade or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Certification in welding (if available) will be a plus.
Experience
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a production or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and welding symbols to understand job requirements and specifications.
- Prepare, align and clamp components for welding as per layout or work order instructions.
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts and structures, ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect the finished welds for defects (e.g., porosity, undercut, incomplete fusion) and ensure welds meet required standards and workmanship.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on shifts when required and adapt to changing workloads.
