**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding and Fabrication**: Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding methods as needed.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine project specifications.
- **Material Preparation**: Prepare and align metal components before welding.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- **Maintenance**: Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean work area.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, wear protective gear, and adhere to company safety policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with team members, supervisors, and engineers to complete projects efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
- ITI, Diploma, or any degree
- Certification in welding (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy materials.

**Work Environment**:

- Industrial or construction site environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
