## **Roles & Responsibilities**
1. **Handling Daily Queries**:
- Respond promptly to clinic queries, address technical issues, and provide solutions.
- Manage query queues for timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
2. **Assisting with Basic Customer Service Questions**:
- Help clinic staff with inquiries like appointment scheduling, billing, and general clinic services.
- Provide accurate information to address concerns and improve customer experience.
3. **Technical Support**:
- Troubleshoot technical issues (software, equipment, etc.) reported by clinics.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
4. **Customer Experience Enhancement**:
- Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
- Collect feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
5. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of queries, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Assist in generating reports on query volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
6. **Escalation Handling**:
- Handle escalated inquiries or complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels for further resolution.
7. **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Teams, and other stakeholders to address customer needs.
- Share insights from customer interactions to contribute to improvement initiatives.
## **Education and Experience**
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to accept challenges, multitask, and work well with others.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in international processes.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service handling inbound calls.
- Knowledge of phone collections and escalation handling.
- **Language**: Strong communication skills in English.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade passed.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
