**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (CC)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with port rail operations for the evacuation of urgent containers and those with dwell times exceeding two days.
- Follow up with shipping lines, port authorities, and transport teams on scanning and problematic containers, including their MOTs and dispatch from the port.
- Liaise with the rail team for the timely placement of rakes at the Inland Container Depot (ICD).
- Work with the ICD operations team to expedite the shifting of containers from the Rail Yard (RY) to the Container Yard (CY).
- Inform customers and shipping lines of any seal mismatch issues.
- Track damaged containers and notify shipping lines and customers accordingly.
- Notify customers about container arrivals at the ICD and coordinate clearance arrangements.
- Check with customers regarding their de-stuffing plans and communicate these to the planning team.
- Arrange all relevant documents prior to the dispatch of containers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely de-stuffing of containers to avoid vehicle detention.
- Arrange documents and approvals for vehicle diversions when necessary.
- Follow up with drivers for the empty gate-in at the ICD.
- Coordinate with the MNR and transport teams for the dispatch of empty repositioning containers for NSA, including driver follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers for revalidated Delivery Orders (DO) if validity has expired and manage demurrage payments for damaged containers.
- Share data for any additional billing with the invoicing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of port and rail operations.
- Familiarity with ICD operations and container management.
- Experience in handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹25,543.41 - ₹40,451.90 per month
