**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving member queries and concerns, and driving member retention and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Respond to member queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide information on gym services, programs, and promotions.

**2. Member Retention**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Identify and address member concerns to prevent cancellations.
- Offer personalized solutions to meet member needs.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Assist with sales inquiries and promotions.
- Provide information on membership options and pricing.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

**4. Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of member interactions.
- Update member information in the gym management system.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or hospitality industry.

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
