**Job Description**:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. You will be responsible for managinng escalated customer inquiries and providing support to our customer service team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
