**About the Role**:
We are looking for a driven and organized **Marketing & Recruitment Officer** who will manage both talent acquisition and marketing operations. This individual will also work closely with the CEO on daily operations, strategy alignment, and team coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.

**Marketing Operations**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Support in developing marketing materials and client pitches.

**Executive Support**:

- Work directly with the CEO for planning and implementing new initiatives.
- Assist in strategic meetings and follow-ups.
- Manage schedules, task tracking, and team alignment.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and marketing (preferred in digital/IT domain).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, LinkedIn, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
