**Roles & ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management**
- **Team Supervision**: Recruit, train, and manage pastry chefs, bakers, and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- **Scheduling**: Organize staff schedules to ensure smooth production and operations, balancing peak and off-peak hours.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor team members, encouraging skill development and innovation.

**Menu Development**
- **Recipe Creation**: Design and develop innovative pastry and dessert recipes that align with the bakery’s brand vision.
- **Seasonal Specials**: Plan and execute seasonal menus and special offerings, maintaining a balance between traditional and modern flavors.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into product offerings.

**Operations and Quality Control**
- **Production Oversight**: Supervise daily production to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment as needed while minimizing waste.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes to ensure excellence.

**Customer Experience**
- **Presentation Standards**: Ensure all products meet high aesthetic and taste standards, delivering a memorable customer experience.
- **Customization**: Manage special customer requests, including personalized cakes and desserts.

**Financial and Strategic Planning**
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- **Budgeting**: Collaborate with management to set financial goals and strategies for profitability.
- **Sales Growth**: Develop strategies to boost sales through innovative offerings, collaborations, or events.

**Health & Safety Compliance**
- **Hygiene Standards**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- **Training**: Educate staff on proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role in a premium bakery or hospitality setup.
- Expertise in baking techniques, dessert plating, and flavor pairing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and food safety regulations.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with global pastry trends and fusion desserts.
- Experience in premium customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Patisserie: 2 years (preferred)
