
International Customer Service Representative

As an International Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our company's international market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in global markets. Your success will contribute directly to the expansion of our brand and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, customers, and competitors.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients in international markets.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies for specific regions or markets.
Create and present sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Sales Execution:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Sales Targets and Reporting:Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with the company's goals.Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, tracking progress against targets and highlighting areas for improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
